In September 2018, he was appointed as General Manager and Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company; in December 2019, he was appointed as Representative and Secretary of the CPC Committee of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company; in December 2020, he was appointed as Deputy Chief Economist, Head of Organization Department of the Leading Party Member Group and General Manager of Human Resource Department of China Petrochemical Corporation; in May 2022, he was elected as Supervisor of Sinopec Corp.; in August 2022, he was appointed as Member of the Leading Party Member Group and Vice President of China Petrochemical Corporation. In October 2022, he was appointed as Senior Vice President of Sinopec Corp; in May 2023, he was elected as Director of Sinopec Corp.
